Team Building

Opinions differ, but the simplest definition is to say, a team is a small group of individuals who co-operate together on a task in such a way that they accomplish more than the sum of the individuals.

People bring more than their skills and experience to a team; they bring their personality as well. Managers and supervisors need to recognize and use the strengths of individuals and the combined strength of teams to achieve objectives. 

This course will help participants to:

  • Define the roles of teams and leaders.
  • Examine the building blocks of effective teamwork.
  • Develop the skills required for effective team building.
  • HAVE FUN

ALL TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS ARE BESPOKE WITH INDIVIDUAL AIMS AND OBJECTIVES IDENTIFIED PRIOR TO ACTIONING.

A supportive and relaxed atmosphere will be encouraged and active participation will be sought from all course members.

Cost:  Dedicated courses start from £500.00 p/day max 15 attendees per facilitator.
