Stress is increasingly recognized as a factor which can contribute to depreciation in the health and performance of individuals and Organisations.

People are the most valuable resource in any Organisation. This course considers how stress can affect individuals and what changes you can make to your behavior pattern to make stress work for you, rather than against you.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

This course will help participants to:

  • Signs of stress
  • What causes stress
  • Identify stress symptoms
  • Pinpoint the causes and effects of stress 
  • Describe and practice ways of managing stress for yourself and others 

A supportive and relaxed atmosphere will be encouraged, and active participation will be sought from all the course members.
