If you are thinking about starting a Business be very very very careful!!  

Not only is it one of those possible life changing moments but it is also one of those moments when everybody suddenly becomes an expert and inundates you with advice.  

The problem is that most people who offer advice have never tried to seriously run their own business before and  we mean seriously when they have something to lose by doing so!!!!  

Well we are a bit different!!  

We have been there ourselves, made the mistakes, spent time doing things we didn't need to (Bad advice!!) and somehow come out the other side.  

We know that starting a Business has to take into account all aspects of your life and not just the product or idea!!  So we have put together an 8 session program which includes looking at:

• Setting up a Business; is it right for your?
• Understanding what sort of commitment is necessary and the sacrifices which are likely to follow.
• The idea or product; Is it a goer??
• Establish the Business in the format which suits you and the potential of the Business idea best.
• Understanding how to operate a business i. e. the do's and don'ts
• Identifying the systems and processes you need to operate in a safe, profitable and legal manner.
• 'Marketing' The Do's and Don'ts
• Getting started, moving from the 'idea' stage to the 'Trading' stage

The sessions are on a one to one basis so you don't get lost within a group and the answers are specifically relevant to you and you alone.

The 8 sessions last between 1 and 2 hours and can take place during a timetable to suit you.

The cost is £400.00
