• Personal Safety awareness.
• The nature of challenging ‘the simple awareness of blind spots’
• Challenge versus confrontation
• Pre – incident indicators (P.I.N.s)
• Outline the definition of Violence and aggression.
• Outline the legal obligations for Personal Safety on the behalf of the employer.
• Identify the verbal and non verbal cues and triggers which may lead to violence and Aggression.
• Outline diffusion and demonstrate how it can be used to de escalate a violent situation.
