The level 1 Business plan includes:

• Initial 2 hour meeting to discuss your Business idea, structure and targets for the future.
• Writing full Business Plan including information on:
  • Your Business aims, objectives and Vision
  • Your legal status and licenses if necessary
  • How your management structure will operate (even for Sole Traders)
  • Basic research into the market you are proposing to enter
  • Identification of your top 3 competitors within that market including a basic analysis of their products and marketing strategy
  • Identification of your initial marketing strategy including who, what and when
  • Development of basic marketing plan identifying what methods you are going to use to attract your customers
  • Basic financial forecast
  • Operational requirements
  • Training needs
• Presentation of final plan plus recommendations and future points to consider.
