This unconventional leadership course is for successful managers who wish to learn new or simply improve existing leadership skills. • Learn how to manage organisational politics by building relationships to achieve professional and personal goals.

• Survival Strategies- Managing your time and energy through the tough times by using the force of your personal conviction to lead your team more effectively.
