So what exactly is 'Impression Management'?

Impression Management is about controlling how you look and act in order to achieve what you want with that first impression.

“You never get a second chance to make a first impression”

As Shakespeare said “All the world is a stage, and all men and women merely players”, and this means that we all change to suit different situations all of the time, the key is to understand when and how to do this in order to accomplish what we want in a confident and assured manner.

This fun and interactive workshop will help you to develop your confidence by doing exactly that.

We will look at:

• How you can take control of your environment
• Present the appropriate first impression
• Control your body language to appear confident and in control
• How to achieve the conclusions you want.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

• Understand how to organise a meeting, presentation and space so that in conveys the message you want in order to achieve your aims and objectives.
• Present yourself in a manner appropriate to the situation you are going into without losing your individual identity and whilst achieving a confident presence.
• Control your body language so that nerves and insecurity are replaced by control and confidence and so that aggression is replaced with assuredness and interest.
• Control yourself and your environment so that your confidence and self belief increases.
