Sharon Roberts is a highly successful, self made business entrepreneur and has been since the age of 11. Without even realising it Sharon started her Business journey by building Go-karts and selling brick-a-brack to the local Factory girls as Sharon had to raise money for a new pair of shoes for Secondary School.
Sharon is best known as an unconventional, dynamic business woman and the co-founder of Vision Development Consultants and Vision community training. Sharon specialises in Personal Development with a no nonsense approach to achieving results.

Sharon has faced and recovered from a huge range of setbacks. Coming from a dysfunctional working class family in Nottinghamshire; she now owns and runs two Companies which trade in 5 countries. West Indies, Holland, Canary Islands, Portugal and more recently the U.S.A
- In her 1st year of business Sharon was nominated by the princes Trust, for the Cosmopolitan Women in Business award.
- In 2007 Sharon won best employer of the year award.
- In 2008 Sharon worked in Los Angeles (Beverly Hills) alongside some of the top U.S Entrepreneurs and C.E.O.s’. for her new book ‘Formula for Success’
- Sharon has been on National TV & Radio and frequently talks at national conferences about inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their dreams.
- Sharon was chosen to deliver her Formula for Success workshop at the East Midlands Business Conference 2008 alongside, Tim Campbell (Sir Alan sugar’s first Apprentice)

So what makes Sharon such an inspiration?
Sharon had to overcome many forms of adversity in her early years and consequently left school without any qualifications. At the age of 21 Sharon became pregnant and decided to build a new life for herself and her son. Sharon completely understands that there are many obstacles in life that can hold us all back but by challenging the rules and constraints which held her back, she carved out a purpose and a mission to reinvent herself.
