Finding new customers
In order to find new customers you need to know how people think and behave; so that you know where and how to find them. This workshop will help you to understand the psychology of the customer so that you can target your marketing to attract them.
We will deliver straight forward advice on the behaviour patterns and purchasing power of customers.
There are 4 stages to behaviour buying. The 1st is the child stage because we want it. The 2nd is Adolescence because everyone has it. The 3rd is adulthood, because I can afford it and finally the 4th stage is Senior because we can’t live without.
All of these stages are delivered in a fun educational way, but at the same time all relate to different behaviours, wants, needs and desires.

The customer experience
Creating a successful customer service means a return on sales. Business owners need to understand that the customer expectation standards should continue to be an upward curve of development. A satisfied customer will tell no more than 5 other people, a dissatisfied customer will tell 10 – 12. Continued improvement in customer service is crucial.
- Understanding a customer framework will depend on what type of service or product is being sold to the customer. Customer contact is the 1st priority; having a good reputation the 2nd. 3rd The sale must be profitable and being 4th personal standards and communication will ensure the customer will return.
- We will help participants to form a working model and identify the areas of possible improvement as well as the most effective way to achieve this.
