Case study ~ Bistro Live

Bistro Live is a growing chain of speciality restaurants in the UK.

Through a previous connection between the manager of Nottingham Bistro Live and Sharon Roberts, Vision was asked to do a formal evaluation of the customer service aspect of Bistro Live's work.

The evaluation was carried out in a professional manner and underlined what the company hoped to hear. But it also highlighted areas for business referrals and pointed out the ways in which the staff at Bistro could develop the company.

Vision designed the specific evaluation based on the knowledge built up on previous projects.
